The Hu Qingyu Tang Museum of Chinese Medicine traces the roots of Chinese medicine over several thousand years. The museum is located in a traditional medicine shop founded in 1874 and still actively dispensing by licensed pharmacologists.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is taught in nearly all medical schools in China, along with Asia and North America to this day, and includes the well known, acupuncture. Definitely worth visiting while in Hangzhou.
